Handling work in the form of text and video voices, communicating with US family groups, and solving problems arising from the use of products by US family groups;
Proactively reach out to family groups to communicate about their experiences and leverage their feedback to improve internal operations.
Follow up the bugs that family group feedback in a timely manner, and be good at using the table to organize summary;
Analyze user feedback, regularly output reports in data form, and propose targeted solutions.

Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree preferred;
Bilingual in English(proficiency) and Spanish(native)
2 years to 5 years of CS experiences
Experience servicing US clients
CS experiences in app or fintech are highly preferred
