You will make calls to potential clients who work in the industry we are interested in, and schedule meetings/set appointments with them for our Sales Representatives (outbound calls). You will be responsible of finding these potential clients and contacting them through any means necessary.

Sales Development Representative Responsibilities and Duties:

·        Make outbound calls to potential clients

·        Send outbound e-mails to potential clients

·        Identify and escalate issues to supervisors

·        Provide service information to potential clients

·        Research required information using available resources

·        Identify the potential clients for our company via research

·        Document all call information according to standard operating procedures

·        Follow up potential client calls where necessary

·        Other duties as assigned

Sales Development Representative Qualifications and Skills:

·        High school diploma or equivalent

·        Proficient in relevant computer applications

·        1-3 years of experience in a call center environment

·        Knowledge of customer service practices and principles

·        Excellent data entry and typing skills

·        Superior listening, verbal, and written communication skills in English

·        Ability to handle stressful situations appropriately
