Position:Transportation Coordinator (Part Time)Job Description:Arrow Electronics is looking for a Transportation Coordinator to join our team in Guadalajara! This is an entry-level position that will handle day-to-day administrative tasks and provide support to the Transportation team. This position is only a 3-month contract supporting a special project on the team. This is a Part-Time position working 8:00am-1:30pm Monday-Friday.What You’ll Be DoingProvide support to the Transportation team with import and export documentation, maintaining files and data entryAssist in shipping requests by processing shipping reportsProvide support with invoices and freight account managementResearch and resolve issues related to freight invoices, domestic UPS account issues, invoices past due, damaged inventory, etc.Manage data and reports for the transportation teamOther duties as assignedWhat We Are Looking ForTypically requires a 1 - 2 years of work experience, preferably in an administrative/office settingExperience with transportation and/or import/export operations preferredExcellent verbal and written communications skills; fluent in English preferredDemonstrated experience and proficiency with Microsoft ExcelStrong attention to detailAbility to work independently with little or no guidanceApply Today!Annual Hiring Range/Hourly Rate:$4,681.88 - $5,722.29 MonthlyActual compensation offer to candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level.
