Applies proper marketing knowledge to create and test local, regional or global Marketing Automation campaigns. Ensures that all online development requirements are delivered or performed in accordance with HP's Standards and Web Policies.
Is familiar with HP templates, publishing processes and platforms and applies them into day-to-day requirements to optimize efficiency, productivity and for timely and high-quality delivery.
Responsibilities: Develops and implements web solutions on the marketing campaigns automation platform and support internal users. Develops, creates, tests, and deploys HP internal websites and emails. Develops, creates, tests, implements, and monitors websites, emails, campaigns and interactive elements for the Marketing Automation platform. Configures web platform elements and flows. Works with key players to define segmentation, targeting, and measurement use cases for strategic and operational marketing initiatives. Partners with key players to support marketing activities, set-up and send strategies between various marketing campaigns. Executes flows of A/B or content testing, personalization, personas, send time optimization tactics and customer journeys. Ensures tracking is correctly applied and coordinates with HP internal teams to ensure accurate tracking data and general business results. Provides guidance for process improvements, gaining technical efficiencies, collaboration and establishing/documenting policies. Prepares and coordinates user acceptance tests and reports the results. Contributes to the improvement of concepts with creative ideas and solutions. Supports other team members. Ensures that the development activities are finalized at the highest quality and within the timelines. Needs to be familiar with current customer needs, market trends and competitors to formulate possible medium- and long-term development strategies. Demonstrates proactive attitude for your own professional development. Supports company standards, providing professionalism and excellence.
Education and Experience Required: BA or BS in Marketing or related field; MBA preferred. 5+ years marketing and/or project management experience. Experience in MRM or CRM applications; statistics background a plus.
