Major Duties and Responsibilities: Understand the state of our sales and marketing funnel and work collaboratively with teams to identify the levers to meet growth targets and increase velocity of deal progression working cross-functionally. Create, execute, and communicate regional and local marketing campaign plan Create and communicate the campaign calendar, new assets, key events, and tactics promoted across channels. Analyze and communicate campaign performance to key internal partners, including marketing leadership and sales, and work to optimize those programs. Effectively measure progress towards funnel metrics, penetration of target accounts, and optimize efforts to achieve goals. Help map buyer’s journeys through all available channels and work with a cross-functional team to implement programs that better meet each of our target personas with the content they most need. Designing campaigns from the ground up as well as adapt existing campaigns for our region in collaboration with other teams. Track and refine campaigns based on performance indicators with marketing automation, business development, and field and marketing teams. Team with regional leaders to ensure alignment of efforts and impact. Devise integrated marketing campaigns to acquire prospects and retain customers internally and with channel partners. Partner across Marketing and Sales teams on lead flow and follow-up on. Define key campaign goals, target personas, key messages, campaign assets and tactics regionally and in collaboration with in-country teams. Manage processes, implementation, tracking, measurement, and communication of campaigns. Work closely with marketing automation, corporate global marketing, regional and local marketing leaders. Align and collaborate with corporate teams to leverage and build copy and messaging for promotional materials. Map content to buyer personas, funnel stages and leverage across tactics. Enforce brand and identity across all campaigns and communications. Leverage multiple marketing platforms in our martech stack for insights, intent, contacts, and metrics. Deliver regular reports of campaign results from inception to execution across all tactics, measuring digital to field KPIs. Build strong partnerships with key stakeholders within the marketing, sales and engineering organizations to partner with. Support our field sales and field marketing teams and channel partners through actionable campaigns, collateral, tools, and leveraging our competitive information platforms. Work collaboratively with our regional and corporate HQ, as well as partnering with other managers globally. Share best practices and leverage insights to support overall demand generation activities. Develop and adapt communications, collateral, presentations, and drive a variety of tactics within Latin America and the Caribbean. Be accountable for exceeding individual and team goals. Perform other duties as required.
Experience: Very strong track record of driving demand and lead growth via creative marketing programs with extensive knowledge of demand generation, including email marketing, social media, digital marketing, ABM, partner marketing, webinars, and field marketing tactics. Must have experience in developing and executing campaign strategies and tactics with a strong track record of delivering results. 5+ years of experience, particularly in campaign marketing, field marketing, customer marketing, campaigns / demand generation marketing, and marketing automation. Very familiar with marketing and sales metrics and KPIs. Hands-on experience in partnering with field marketing and sales teams in the day-to-day business is a must for this position. Will consider candidates with demonstrated experience at tier 1 technology and cybersecurity companies; telcos and MSSPs; or very large integrators and channel partners exclusively.
Skills: Extremely strong attention to detail. Knowledge of CRM systems (Salesforce), marketing automation tools (Marketo or Pardot), tracking tools to assess campaign effectiveness, and related martech technologies. Ability to create effective relationships, influence and collaborate internally and externally at all organizational levels An understanding of what motivates buyers and how to translate it into content and campaigns Standout written and verbal communication skills in English and Spanish, as well as Portuguese preferred , excels in cross-functional collaboration. Ability to work independently and collaboratively. Must be able to operate with a high level of autonomy and manage complex projects as a self-starter, as well as have team management experience or skills. Excellent analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving skills Ability to prioritize multiple projects and tasks and meet tight deadlines. Be flexible and adaptable in regard to schedules, based on business needs within the Latin American and US time-zones. Ability to use a personal computer and demonstrate proficiency with software applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and more for the purposes of communicating, data analysis, and reporting. High-energy people-person focused on high impact to business – a must.
Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Engineering or related field from a recognized university required. Industry certifications in Marketing preferred (ex: Siriusdecisions, Demandbase, ITSMA, Marketing Automation vendors, others). Industry cybersecurity certifications a plus (Fortinet NSE, CISSP, others)
