Purpose of the Role: Increase Diageo brands volume and market share through ensuring the proper implementation of all initiatives and activities included into planning process with Oxxo (JUBP). Enable the implementation and continuous opportunity improvement in all sales drivers. Lead the coordination of an effective business planning process that achieves business commitment to stretching performance improvement goals integrating all the commercial funds (CP&A, MT and A&P). Develop or reinforce the customer relationship. Create value to the customer and to Diageo through efficient, profitable and shopper-oriented activities. Understand the customer, shopper, formats and the way they plan in the market. Business Understanding in 360° Analyze & create sales initiatives in order to achieve annual sales and NSV, AOP. Contribute to the M&E process. Able to analyze information (sales, margins, inventories, RSP, elasticity, areas behaviors, predict future trends, red stops) to generate deep insights therefore solutions. Under customer and market understanding negotiate solution to bring Diageo and our customer the best benefits to become business partners. Able to analyze information (sales, margins, inventories, RSP, elasticity, areas behaviors, predict future trends, red stops) to generate deep insights therefore solutions. Maximize Budget and maintain investment per case Manage and administrate the Internal TI TOOL (Trade Investment Tool) to register and control all the activities executed with our client. Capable to inspire others to reach common objectives. The position is LM for a Key Account Executive.
Top 3-5 Accountabilities: Design and implement capabilities development plans with his/her direct report to become a fully capable team Responsible for Volume, budget management and commercial relationship. Responsible for stocking and healthy inventories objectives. Responsible for looking for opportunities in order to increase Diageo’s SOV. Lead multi-functional teams in order to create JUBP. Generate relevant contributions in terms of cash flow for the company Desirable Commercial experience
Capabilities required Experience working with key accounts (Modern Trade and/or Wholesale customers, desirable Oxxo) in CPG companies Experience managing, training and developing people Proven analytical, planning and negotiation skills, as well as strategic thinking Excellent written and verbal communication skills Demonstrate proactivity, initiative and determination (work with sense of urgency) Understanding of multifunctional interdependencies within Diageo Manage priorities properly Financial understanding University or college graduate Advanced English
