This new Operations Center will build on the existing established Centers in Asia (India and The Philippines), Europe (Poland) and Americas (Costa Rica).

About the Role
In this opportunity as a Business Systems Analyst you will:
Develop and Deliver: Apply modern Engineering practices; you will be involved in the entire Development, Operational support, Monitoring, Automation, Building, Testing and Delivering high-quality solutions for theEngineeringteam

About You
You’re a fit for the role of Business Systems Analyst if youhave:
Business Analyst 1+yearsof working knowledge in software development lifecycle environment
Senior Business Analyst 5+ years of working knowledge in software development lifecycle environment
Lead Business Analyst 7+ years of working knowledge in software development lifecycle environment
The ideal candidate:
Has experiencedevelopingcloud-basedproducts
Has a strong understanding of,and commitment to,lean product and software development values andprinciples.
Has a solid understanding of lean/agile tools, techniquesand frameworks (egScrum, Kanban).
Has a solid understanding of microservicesand modernapplication architecture .
Is detail-orientedandcan communicatecomplexity eloquently topeers and stakeholders.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Has experienceworking withcollaboration software for development teams (egJira, ADO).
The following skills are also desirable:
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, or closely relatedfield.
Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and bootstrap.
Understanding ofSQL and ‘no-SQL’ database language.
Knowledge of C# and algorithms
