Making sure every single client has a contact on timeYou will be trst contact between Lamudi and all our clientsKey Responsibilities:Effectively qualify potential leads interested on buying real estateQualify potential buyers ready to be addressed by the Sales Team (CROs)Provide a quick response to leads that have not been contacted by the Sales Team in a timely manner. Complete service calls to leads that have been discarded by the Sales Team to ensure a proper service has been received and to understand if they have been correctly discardedYour role will not be a sales position, your responsibility is to project an exceptional image of Lamudi and ensure that you understand they are lookirQualificationsMinimum requirements:Minimum 2 years of Importante empresa as a Account Manager or Customer Service (telephone)Very strong communicator both in written and verbal skills.
