Within the CS contractual category, the Business Outlook team owns the E2E responsibility for the contractual flash. This covers a large set of activities

  • Estimation/validation of future installed base and interventions
  • Assessment of future costs based on volume trend
  • Actual to flash analysis
  • Engagement with market/CO on volume assumptions (new deals, etc…)
  • Deployment of budget or ‘go find’ savings to domains (contact center, field, supply chain)
  • Preparation of exec review (including waterfall, assumptions documentation, narratives)
  • Follow through on mitigation plan
  • Manage tightly the budget of new growth deals
  • Align process globally
  • Improve predictability, define right projection method for each cost bucket (fix/var, right cost driver, business type, etc…)
  • Identify opportunities to improve cost efficiency
  • Integrate account level information to build financial flash
  • As a senior AMS business outlook analyst, you will own all the above deliverables for all market, for PC and Print ]. But as an analyst, you will be also in charge

  • To interact tight with finance, with product category, with markets and with the domains
  • To understand the business dynamics of each market impacting the flash and to anticipate changes
  • To act as a catalyst of change to constantly improve the predictability by proposing appropriate process enhancements/simplification
  • To design globally aligned processes while considering critical market specifics
  • To work with your peers to partner to win
  • To drive transformation, to proactively propose efficiencies, to think laterally to propose best possible decision
  • To drive junior analyst to elevate the relevance of the analysis as well as the speed and accuracy to deliver cost, operational or profitability analysis
