Job Summary

An Account Executive is responsible for the generation of pipeline (prospects) to present and sell digital marketing products and services through tailored strategies. Such responsibilities are completed through daily prospection of potential clients, management of calls to determine viability of business for potential pitch presentation to business C-level suite leaders/Agencies The account executive will be responsible to complete all background review of information to be presented to the potential prospect through different systems of the client, generate presentation and create full strategy for the alignment of the business between companies and client products. Post Pitch/Closing of Sale follow-up to be completed.

MAIN DUTIES AND ACTIVITIES:

  • Handle inbound and outbound call calling to potential contacts in the pursuit of turning prospects into warm leads, reinforcing interest, asking for necessary information, answer qualifying questions to survey companies needs
  • Tailor Media Plans for prospect clients
  • schedule face to face client and/or agency meetings
  • Meeting with potential clients to present client products and services.
  • Closing sales and providing post sale follow-up
  • Negotiate and close media plans with agencies and/or advertisers
  • Build long term relationships with key advertisers and agencies
  • Develop a vertical business plan for both mid (annual) and short term (in-quarter)
  • Focus on sales cadence excellence (salesforce metrics: meetings, proposals sent, closed)
  • Increase sales lead generation by optimizing prospecting pipeline through various initiatives.
  • Build and maintain an established relationship with prospective clients.
  • Communicate competently while displaying enthusiasm and passion for sales, customer service and reflection of brand.
  • Deliver the right behaviors through high attendance, punctuality and professionalism.
  • Commit to achieving sales targets while delivering a high quality service to customers that exceed client expectations and quality scoring measures.

  • Area of expertise (Skills)

  • Must have college degree related to Advertising, Sales, Marketing or Public Relations or equivalent.
  • Must have between 3-5 years of sales digital marketing experience, with background in marketing, public relations or equivalent preferential
  • Must be fluent in both Spanish and English language.
  • Advance English level: written, comprehension, reading and speaking (C1)
  • Experience with Salesforce.com preferred
  • Highly skilled in online marketing (digital marketing).

  • Previous successful sales experience
  • Experience with selling and/or digital media platforms
  • Established agency relationships
  • Detailed knowledge of our key business verticals (fast food, gas stations, retail, CPG, healthcare
  • Solid communication skills in delivering sales and marketing pitch and handling objections.
  • Strong problem-solving skills to resolve pressing issues efficiently and effectively.
  • Highly dynamic and resourceful in establishing prospecting initiatives.
  • Have a proven track record in lead warming, sales and marketing success
  • Cold calling experience
  • PLANNING AND ORGANIZING SKILLS
  • Have the ability to keep accurate records of related data and other information that needs to be completed.
  • Time management skills in order to estimate the time and effort required to complete a task and be able to manage time effectively to meet all commitments.
  • Able to multitask and be comfortable with challenges and variety
  • Been able to complete reports, from structural requirement.
  • Must be OK with occasional visits to prospects offices, majority take place in client’s location

  • Have the ability to communicate important information with clarity and competence
  • Excellent listening skills in accurately receiving messages and promoting customer interaction.
  • Have the ability to build and establish strong customer relations to various clienteles in a professional manner, C-Level.

  • Proficient in various computer systems and applications, Sales Force is a nice to have.
  • Highly skilled in online marketing (digital marketing). Offline marketing channels such as: TV, Radio, etc.

  • Critical thinking related to estimating a prospect's interest level in the company's solution
  • Proficient in MS Word, Excel, Outlook
