The Indie Campers Operations team works across all countries and cities in order to best and more efficiently perform all daily tasks to obtain maximum client satisfaction for a leveled operational cost.
The Operations team consists of: Fleet, Logistics, Field Operations, Ops Support and Ops HR. From managing the maintenance of the fleet and having it on the proper location at all times, from managing suppliers and partners to lead all local teams to perform are they best, Operations is central to Indie Campers mission as it articulates all physical assets in order for them to be always ready for clients and their upcoming incredible journey.
We are creating a single, centralised office in Mexico City to manage our business and operations for our US market. It is a place where cross-functional teams, as Costumer Support and Operations, meet informally and co-create the future together.
As Logistics Analyst, we are looking for a savvy and innovative individual that wants to be part of redefining the campervan rental industry. As a Logistics Analyst, you will work in close co-operation with Operations and Fleet Strategy teams throughout Indie Campers to ensure the best fleet logistic deployment and continuous reorganization of the fleet across the US market. A close collaboration with key stakeholders and aligning with the other peers are key to succeeding in this role.
Also, this position will also be responsible for managing material suppliers across all our locations in the US.
You will need to define and follow up key performance indicators and report on relevant areas of the Business Unit, including the key aspects of revenue, customer and partner uptake. You will be reporting Logistics Lead in Europe.
