HCL is looking for a Cisco Voice (CRA) Specialist with:
- Basic Understanding of Nice Call Recording Infrastructure.
- Experience with Nice Call Recording Operations with User and System admin Operations and maintenance and Operational Checks, to include voice and Screen recording, analytics, Playback and Live Monitoring.
- Able to analyze and troubleshoot issues like Users not recording in Nice Engage.
- Knowledge on SIP or SIPREC protocol.
- Experience with Cisco IP Telephony or Voice Infrastructure integrated with NICE in a large-scale environment.
- Minimum Knowledge on Cisco Call Manager or Contact Center Environment.
- Technical Certification related to Nice\Cisco is an added advantage.
- At least 3 years of experience in Cisco Customer Response Applications
- HCL Cisco Voice (CRA) Specialist will start working from home, but willingness to relocate to Guadalajara is needed given industry norms will dictate the return to our work location in a timely manner.
