HCL is looking for a Cisco Voice (CRA) Specialist with:


  • Basic Understanding of Nice Call Recording Infrastructure.
  • Experience with Nice Call Recording Operations with User and System admin Operations and maintenance and Operational Checks, to include voice and Screen recording, analytics, Playback and Live Monitoring.
  • Able to analyze and troubleshoot issues like Users not recording in Nice Engage.
  • Knowledge on SIP or SIPREC protocol.
  • Experience with Cisco IP Telephony or Voice Infrastructure integrated with NICE in a large-scale environment.
  • Minimum Knowledge on Cisco Call Manager or Contact Center Environment.
  • Technical Certification related to Nice\Cisco is an added advantage.
  • At least 3 years of experience in Cisco Customer Response Applications




  • HCL Cisco Voice (CRA) Specialist will start working from home, but willingness to relocate to Guadalajara is needed given industry norms will dictate the return to our work location in a timely manner.
