We are looking for a person that can be in charge of organizing and coordinating programs. You will provide strategic guidance to teams and team leaders in ways that promote the company’s culture. You will also oversee the progress of operations.
The person in this position will need to have experience in managing staff to make sure that all programs deliver the desirable outcome to our organization.
Responsibilities
Organizing daily activities based on the goals
Evaluating and assessing the programs’ strengths and weaknesses
Monitoring projects and overseeing team leaders to ensure goals are met
Meeting with stakeholders to discuss program status and goals
Deciding on suitable strategies and objectives
